Justin Bieber has settled into two swank Beverly Hills condos after selling his Calabasas mansion to Khloe Kardashian and temporarily relocating to a rental in Atlanta.
Now back on the West Coast and without a massive mansion to call home, 20-year-old Bieber has taken up residence in two condos in a brand new Beverly Hills condo building. Bieber is currently renting both the penthouse unit and a smaller condo directly underneath it, although the two units do not connect. According to TMZ, he needed the second unit for not only for more space for himself, but also his entourage.
The Canadian crooner, who has been on a bit of an attempted (but failed) “image reboot” as of late, hasn’t won over any of his new neighbors, who have already complained of excessive noise, late-night partying and marijuana smells that seep into the shared hallways.
After less than a month, Justin’s new neighbors are fed up. TMZ is also reporting that the condo has hired private security from the hours of 6pm and 8am, all to keep Bieber and his entourage in check and keep the peace around the building. Since Bieber’s just renting, the HOA is sending the bill for the security guards directly to the condo’s owners. Ouch.
Bieber’s paying $16,000 a month for the penthouse unit and $11,000 a month for the 4th floor unit, for a grand total of $27,000 a month.
Brand new and never lived in, the penthouse unit has a private rooftop deck and jacuzzi, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and top-of-the-line details throughout. The smaller unit has an additional 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
If he keeps up his bad boy ways, no doubt Bieber will be on the move again soon.
