Juliette Barnes’ Modern Estate From The Hit Show "Nashville" On The Market For $2.1M

Nashville, one of the hottest shows on primetime TV, shows the incredible drama-filled lives of fictional country music stars in Music City.

On top of the drama, intrigue and incredible music, the show also puts the spotlight on some incredible Nashville, Tennessee real estate.

Trulia Luxe Living has learned that the modern stunner used as the location of Hayden Panettiere‘s character Juliette Barnes is for sale in real life for $2.1 million. Built in 2008, the 5,370 square foot home first came on the market with a $3.5M price tag, but has recently been reduced.

Located at 917 Overton Lea Road, the sleek home has breathtaking views of downtown Nashville through walls of glass. Inside, the home has a clean, crisp, mostly white design, and outside, the home has an infinity-edge pool and large terrace.

Last year, the sprawling mansion used by of one of the show’s other main characters, Rayna James, played by Emmy-nominee Connie Britton, was listed for sale for $19.5 million. The actual home was used for the first few episodes, before the magic of television stepped in and the home was perfectly recreated on a sound stage. Located in the ritzy Belle Meade neighborhood, the home is now off the market.

If you want to see this home on your own TV screen, ABC’s ‘Nashville’ returns to primetime TV tonight.
