John Legend And Chrissy Teigen: New Year, New Baby … New House!

America’s favorite couple are bringing their adorable life to the 90210.

Soulful crooner John Legend and his supermodel/Instagram-queen wife, Chrissy Teigen, have moved into a new five-bed, eight-bath home in Los Angeles, CA. The home was recently listed for sale at $14.1 million; after making the list of 2015 celebrity real estate winners, they’re starting out 2016 with a bang!

And seeing as the duo have their first bun in the oven, could this be the place where they raise their brood of supercute, Instagram-star children? And most importantly, where will they put John’s piano?

The modern-style, 8,520-square-foot home overlooks the ocean, city, canyon, and beautiful SoCal sunsets while perched at the end of a cul-de-sac, tucked behind gates and a lengthy driveway. A billiards party room, equipped with a bar and ocean views, makes it an entertainer’s dream. There’s also a state-of-the-art theater and nine flat-screen TVs, so we think it’s pretty clear where Chrissy will get her daily Bravo TV fix.

An expansive open kitchen with dual islands and Thermador appliances faces a TV area with a large community dining space, complete with a fireplace setting. Since Chrissy is quite the domestic goddess, this could be the spot where she tests recipes for her next cookbook! Meanwhile, in the master suite, a steam shower, sauna, two flat-screen TVs, and an infinity soaking tub overlook the sunset views of Beverly Hills, CA. It also has an en-suite living area with two balconies. Clearly, it’s the perfect nest for these two lovebirds.

John and Chrissy even seemed to help with the moving process a few days ago, a rarity for celebs. A significantly pregnant Chrissy even managed to carry in a few things while wearing Alexander Wang sunglasses and sandals. You know, because we all spend moving day in $475 shoes!

Interestingly enough, John isn’t the first singer to live in this home — he definitely has an eye for real estate. Rihanna bought it for $6.9 million back in 2009, but closed her “Umbrella-ella-ella” and sold it at a loss in 2011 for just $5.03 million.
