Joey Lawrence's New Calabasas Casa

Joey Lawrence, best known for as the handsome-yet-dense older brother with a penchant for saying “WOAH!” on the 90’s iconic series, Blossom, has found a new place to call home. Lawrence and his family have just moved into a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, 4,562 square foot home in the Westridge neighborhood of Calabasas, CA. Built in 1988, Lawrence paid $1,442,500 for the home on December 13, 2011, according to public records. Prior to this Calabasas home, the Lawrence’s lived in a a 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom Spanish style spread in Encino, CA, not far from where fellow teenage star Tori Spelling just sold her estate.

Nestled in the hills of Calabasas, Lawrence’s new Mediterranean “villa” has it all: a two-story great room, warm tiles and rich wood floors, a recently remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a large walk-in pantry. The home also features a large veranda on the second level, 3 fireplaces, a new alarm system. The bedrooms are generously sized, and the downstairs bedroom can double as a potential “in-law” suite. The private backyard retreat features a beautiful pool with a cascading waterfall, spa, lush landscaping a newer built-in barbecue, a grassy area and vegetable garden.

Lawrence met his wife Chandie while on vacation in Disney World when the two were teenagers. After his first marriage and subsequent divorce, the two were reunited and they married there 13 years later, in July 2005. The couple have two daughters, Charleston and Liberty Grace.
