Jennifer Lopez Lists Her Manhattan Penthouse For $27M

The "Shades of Blue" star will make plenty of green when this house sells.

Jenny is officially saying goodbye to her block. Jennifer Lopez just listed her sprawling Manhattan home for $27 million. The four-bed, six full, two half bath penthouse condominium, which JLo purchased back in 2014 for $22 million, is located in Manhattan‘s Flatiron District, and it’s just the lavish home you’d expect from the Shades of Blue star. Nothing but the best for Ms. Lopez, right?

The luxury penthouse overlooks Madison Square Park in the Georgian-style Whitman building. Originally built in 1924, the Whitman is a prewar, ultra-high-end condominium with just four residences total — all with direct park views, high ceilings, and a full-service doorman. And naturally, J. Lo’s unit is the building’s crown jewel. The truly exceptional duplex penthouse has 6,250 square feet of interior space and over 3,000 square feet of private outdoor space on two levels, almost unheard of in New York City. The home is outfitted with the ultimate in luxury finishes, including Arclinea custom kitchen cabinets, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, wide-plank rift oak floors, Italian marble slab bathrooms, and a Crestron smart-home system.

Lopez has quite the diverse real estate portfolio. In 2013, she snagged a $10 million estate in the Hamptons, and owns a couple other pieces of land in the area. Then there’s her $28 million estate in Bel-Air, which she purchased from actress Sela Ward in 2016. Earlier this year, she unloaded her $10 million mansion in this luxe Los Angeles neighborhood of Hidden Hills.
