Jasper Hale has a new home!
Actor Jackson Rathbone, best known for his role as vampire Jasper Hale in The Twilight Saga, has just dropped $1.2 million on a family-friendly home in Studio City with a recording studio! Rathbone found a home that’s the best of both worlds for his life as an actor, musician and dad. He and girlfriend Sheila Hafsadi welcomed a son in 2012, and when Rathbone is not acting, he’s making music or touring with his band, 100 Monkeys.
Property records show that Rathbone closed on the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2,500 square foot Studio City home on August 7, 2013 and the seller was Erez Eisen from the band Infected Mushroom.
Rathbone’s new home sits behind gates on a large 10,000 square foot lot and has a great floor plan. The property’s highlights include a tropical-feeling pool, outdoor dining space, and a recently built professional recording studio that includes the voice booth. Inside the home, beautiful hardwood floors run throughout, french windows are in each of the three bedrooms, and a sizable den could be converted to a 4th bedroom.
Rathbone sold his former home at 2651 La Cuesta Dr. on July 22, 2013 for $1,750,000.
