Everyone’s favorite Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten, is expanding her (real estate) empire. Ina and her husband, Jeffrey, have dropped $4.65 million on a 2,450-square-foot Park Avenue apartment — with a huge, updated kitchen, naturally.
The two-bedroom, three-bathroom prewar apartment in New York, NY, also includes a large, open living room and a library with a fireplace, with beautiful hardwood flooring throughout. The apartment’s location is ideal — close to Central Park, high-end shopping, and some of the best restaurants the Upper East Side has to offer. Not that Ina and her husband ever need to dine out!
The apartment was previously owned by Nancy Novogrod, the former editor-in-chief of Travel + Leisure, and her husband, John.
Of course, this isn’t the only real estate the cooking star owns. Ina and Jeffrey also own a home in East Hampton, NY, where Barefoot Contessa is filmed.
