First things first, she’s the realest. However, she’s certainly not the richest. Australian pop/hip-hop vixen Iggy Azalea and her ex-boyfriend, LA Lakers player Nick Young, have finally sold their Tarzana, CA house for $3.25 million. The six-bed, nine-bath estate originally hit the market back in April for $3.595 million, so Azalea and Young are taking a bit of a financial hit for this one.
The 6,630-square-foot home, which was built in 1956, is tucked behind gates in the sun-drenched San Fernando Valley. Recently remodeled, the estate is located on an acre of rolling grass on a prime corner lot. A lush front entrance with a fountain creates a serene, Zen atmosphere, while luxurious amenities provide everything a homeowner could dream of. A large chef’s kitchen opens out to a family room, game room, and formal living and dining area. An oversized backyard is perfect for entertaining, thanks to a swimming pool with a spa, basketball court, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and large yard. The guest house is easily accessible from the main house, and has its own entrance, as well as a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and stunning views of the landscaped backyard. It’s the perfect combination of indoor/outdoor living in sunny Cali.
Iggy and Nick bought the home in 2014 for $3.45 million from Selena Gomez. (Selena de-camped for a gated mansion in Calabasas, CA.) The former Disney teen queen bought the home back in July 2011 for just $2.175 million, and has made several real estate moves since then. Earlier this year, she put her Texas mansion on the market for $3 million, and went on to buy a $2.25 million estate in Studio City, CA.
