Frasier's David Hyde Pierce Selling Spanish Colonial in Los Feliz

Emmy-winning actor David Hyde Pierce has just listed his stunning Spanish Colonial in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $7,500,000. Best known as Dr. Niles Crane on Frasier’s 11-year run, Pierce purchased the home on March 25, 2003 for $3,625,000. He fancied it up with renovations and restorations in 2004, and is now seeking a buyer.

Originally built in 1929, the Spanish-style home features a magnificent rotunda entrance. Adjacent, you’ll find a gracious living room with a baronial fireplace and exquisite den with a second fireplace. The formal dining room is banquet-sized and the large kitchen/ breakfast room features a spacious service area.

The sweeping staircase capped with a stained glass ceiling leads to a stunning master suite, 3 additional bedroom suites and a library/study. All baths are exquisitely remodeled to the original 1920’s style. The lower level has a large gym, wine vault, home theater, storage rooms and a spa-style bath with steam/sauna and changing room.

The home boasts city and ocean views, a private pool/spa with outdoor fireplace, a 1 bedroom, 2 bath guest house and lushly landscaped park-like grounds.

A real-estate aficionado, Pierce currently owns a $6,300,000 estate in Amagansett, New York and a $2,500,000 penthouse in New York City.
