Eva Longoria Lists Her Hollywood Hills Home For $3.795M

Desperate Housewives? More like real estate tycoon!

Eva Longoria‘s got plenty on her plate. The former Desperate Housewives star and soon-to-be mom just listed her six-bed, nine-bath home in the Hollywood Hills for $3.795 million. A powerful actress (last year she appeared on Empire opposite Taraji P. Henson) and political force in Hollywood (she’s behind the Time’s Up movement, along with Reese Witherspoon and Meryl Streep) Longoria has quite the side hustle as a real estate entrepreneur.

Built in 2006, the sprawling 8500-square-foot home is a contemporary Mediterranean stunner in a peaceful neighborhood in the Hills. With high ceilings and great volume in each room, the home features a one-of-a-kind floor plan ideal for those looking to entertain. A spacious chef’s kitchen with an oversized island provides a casual spot to gather, or cook up a meal. There’s a  casual dining area great for roaring dinning parties off of the living room, or a more private one with a beautiful hanging chandelier around the corner. All six spacious bedrooms have fireplaces and private baths, while the master suite has an extra-large bath (with its own bath-side fireplace!) as well as spacious his and hers walk-in closets. Outside, a sparkling swimming pool has plenty of entertaining spaces, like a comfortable deck and outdoor kitchen/dining area with stunning views of the rolling canyons and city lights.

Eva’s departure from the Hollywood Hills is most likely due to her recent purchase of a $14.5 million estate in Beverly Hills. However, this isn’t Eva’s only home in the area; back in 2014, she purchased an $11.5 million property from none other than Tom Cruise, though that’s currently sitting on the market for the low, low price of $14 million. Before that, she owned another smaller property in the neighborhood, which she listed for $1.395 million back in 2016. She also owns in the beachside town of Malibu, as well as her hometown of San Antonio, TX.
