Screenwriter, producer and director Diablo Cody is selling her hip, gated Hollwood Hills home! Cody and her husband Daniel Maurio purchased the home on August 26, 2008 for $1,220,000. Five years later, they’re asking $1,299,000 for the 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2,206 square foot home.
Cody achieved critical acclaim and success for her 2007 debut script Juno, winning awards such as the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay, the BAFTA Award for Best Original Screenplay and the Writers Guild of America Award for Best Original Screenplay. Now that she’s a bonafide Hollywood success story, Cody and her family are making moves.
Cody and Maurio’s mid-century modern home sits on the famed Mulholland drive and is surrounded by multimillion dollar estates.
