DeAndre Jordan Buys Malibu Mansion For $10M

We'd sure like to be ballin' like this NBA star.

DeAndre Jordan is a baller on and off the court. The Los Angeles Clippers star just dropped $10 million on a six-bed, eight-bath mansion in Malibu, CA, and the expansive property is overflowing with grandeur. Sounds like someone will have a bustling real estate portfolio long after he hangs up with sneakers!

The sprawling 8868-square-foot estate, which was built in 2006, is a Tuscan-style beauty tucked on a Malibu cliffside overlooking the sparkling ocean. Located behind gates and up a long stone driveway for ultimate privacy, the home is surrounded with 2000 square feet of covered verandas. Inside, custom tile and hardwood floors sit beautifully next to coffered ceilings. The formal entry leads into a living room with a comfortable fireplace, and into the formal dining room. A granite island eat-in kitchen is ideal for any amateur chef or busy family, while the family room features an A-frame beam ceiling with a large fireplace. The huge top floor serves as an owner’s suite, with an expansive bedroom, fireplace, private balcony, spacious closets, and two large spa baths. On the lower floor, there’s a roomy home theater, additional family/game room, wood floor gym, wine tasting room, and maid’s quarters. Double doors lead out to the massive backyard, which is filled with entertaining spaces, including a resort-style pool and spa, custom fountains, a granite bar, and full barbecue and kitchen.

Earlier this month, Jordan finally sold his previous Malibu estate for $5.7 million. He bought the home in 2016 for $5.075 million, and listed it in February of 2017 at $6.5 million. In September of 2015, DeAndre bought a seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom estate in Pacific Palisades, CA for $12.7 million, but listed the home just over a year later for $12.4 million. It went on to sell for $11.75 million.
