His pal Matthew Perry put three Los Angeles homes on the market and Jennifer Aniston sold in Beverly Hills and is currently the talk of the New York real estate rumor mill.

Back in sunny California, Schwimmer is selling a $10,700,000 home in Hancock Park. First reported by the sleuthing Real Estalker, Schwimmer recently made some major life changes. A secret wedding in the summer of 2010, followed by the recent birth of his first baby. All this life change means only one thing to celebs – time to get a new house. His former bachelor pad measures in at 11,336 square feet, with 9 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and a sprawling backyard. Gated and private, the stunning Mediterranean-style home sits on a 44,540 square foot lot.

It has been beautifully restored, adapted and meticulously maintained. The main home features a wood paneled library, a den covered with a stone finish, a new state-of-the-art screening room, a formal dining room, 2 powder rooms, 5 fireplaces and a butler area.
