Former child star turned reality TV and radio personality Danny Bonaduce listed his Philadelphia townhome today for $475,000, according to our in-the-know friends over at Philly’s Center City Team.
Bonaduce purchased the home back in 2009 for $399,000 a few months before proposing to now wife Amy Railsback and has since then been hosting his long-time syndicated radio gig “The Danny Bondaduce Show” at Philly’s very own 94 WYSP. A few short months ago his show was cancelled and now Bonaduce plans to relocate elsewhere to possibly take over another lucky city’s morning local radio station.
The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 4-story loft townhome sits in Old City, Philadelphia – one of Philly’s hippest neighborhoods. The vibrant restaurant and club scenes are all walking distance from one another, allowing for plenty of “Danny Bonaduce debauchery” to take place! The completely renovated home offers plenty of space for an office, gallery, workshop or in-law suite and comes fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and new security gate protecting the main entrance. Bonaduce and HDTV personally renovated the kitchen space by installing the brand new high-end granite counters, island, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances giving the space an elegant finish.
The open ceilings, vintage lighting, and wooden floors give the home a rustic and urban feel perfect for the historic and happening downtown location.
