After spending two years unofficially on the market following their seemingly amicable divorce, Courteney Cox and David Arquette have finally officially listed their stunning A. Quincy Jones-designed Beverly Hills estate for $19,500,000.
First unearthed by The Real Estalker and confirmed by property records, the Wallace Ridge estate is nestled in the uber-private and high-priced gated Trousdale Estates area of Beverly Hills. In June 2004, in their happily married days, Cox and Arquette purchased the trophy property for $5,450,000. They had the single-story home completely restored by renowned architect Cory Buckner in 2006.
Now that they’re kaput and officially divorced, the former spouses are giving the heave-ho to an approximately 5,500 square foot home on one level, with 4 bedrooms (plus maids rooms), 5.5 bathrooms, detached office and uniquely gorgeous circular swimming pool.
Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland holds the listing.
