The original “Uptown Girl” is “Movin’ Out” of Tower Hill, her luxe Bridgehampton compound.

Christie Brinkley is a real estate tycoon. The blond supermodel, known for her All-American good looks, four ex-husbands, and business acumen, has listed her big slice of historic Bridgehampton, NY, real estate, Tower Hill, for a cool $29.5 million. Christie bought the home back in 1998 for $3.2 million, but with her youngest daughter, Sailor, graduating from high school, perhaps she’s downsizing to prep for an empty nest.

The 20-plus-acre property, which comprises several parcels, overlooks the peaceful beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Built in 1891 by Dr. John Gardiner, the property includes several  structures. The main house is a four-bed, five-bath spread located on a base of 475 tons of local rock, with a 50-foot observation tower overlooking the property. The compound, encompassing 11,037 square feet, also offers a four-bed, two-and-a-half-bath guesthouse, complete with a greenhouse conservatory, and a separate barn/artist studio with living quarters and a four-car heated garage.

Additional luxuries on this deluxe property include an oversized country kitchen, a double-height great room, living and family rooms, and three fireplaces. There are also a gym, office, wisteria-covered pergola, multilevel stone terraces, and gated entry, perfect for keeping out the paparazzi, who flock to the Hamptons during the summer.

The property’s sprawling green space includes lush lawns, beautiful old-specimen trees, winding walking trails, and hills for winter sledding. Tucked away from the main area are a private pond, a hidden tennis court, and an oversized, heated pool with spa.

These days, Brinkley is much more “Jack and Diane” than “New York State of Mind,” if you catch our drift. Although she’s had a few marriages since being immortalized in song by Billy Joel, she’s happily in love with rocker John Mellencamp, who split with Meg Ryan awhile back. (Billy, by the way, is no stranger to luxe real estate either. He sold his Sagaponack, NY, home in 2011 and recently listed his Florida compound for $27 million.)
