We’ve got “Some Type of Love” for Charlie Puth. The singer/songwriter just re-listed his five-bed, six-bath home in the Whitley Heights neighborhood of the Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles. Puth bought bought the home for $1.9 million back in 2015, but in typical pop star style, he’s decided to move on rather quickly.
Built in 1958, the 4350-square-foot home is a true Mediterranean-style oasis. The style combines the Italian coastline with Old Hollywood, thanks to marble and tiles imported from Tuscany, Verona, and Bologna, while windows, floors, doors cabinetry, and iron work are all custom made from Italy. A huge wall of glass opens from the terrace to a loft-like, fireside living room with a dining area. On the top level, the spacious kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, rich, dark cabinetry, a roomy breakfast bar and marble countertops. A sprawling master suite comes with a dual fireplace, luxurious master bath with a deep soaking tub, as well as a sitting area and balcony with stunning views of the city lights of LA. For anyone who loves to bust out tunes like Puth, the upstairs office has been converted to a music studio, but could easily transition to an art studio or meditation room. On the lower level, a wine room, steam sauna, and second entertaining kitchen open out to a private patio, which continue over to a saltwater pool and spa. And in typical Hollywood fashion, there’s also a guest house for the party guest who hasn’t quite found their way home.
As for where Charlie’s headed, the singer just dropped $8.995 million on a sprawling Beverly Hills mansion. Who wouldn’t want to pay “Attention” to that?
