It’s hard to not get “Caught Up” with this southern stunner. Music maestro Usher just sold his seven-bed, ten-bath home in ritzy Alpharetta, Georgia for $1.5 million, and it’s officially the type of place that’ll make you say “YEAH!” Usher bought the home for $1.2 million back in 1999, which is like a century ago in celebrity years.
Located in a gated golf community known as Country Club of the South, the 10,823-square-foot home is a fully remodeled beauty with an open floor plan. Built in 1988, the expansive home is both spacious and welcoming, with hardwood floors throughout. Step into the chef’s kitchen, which features a large center island, breakfast nook, and overhead space for a TV. In the sprawling first-floor master suite, you can make your home your own personal oasis, thanks to a cozy fireplace, huge walk-in closets, and huge master bath.
