UPDATE: Rob Kardashian Finally Sells The Home Kris Jenner Bought For Him for $2.44M

Is this like the Kardashian equivalent of regifting?

Sometimes you’re not that crazy about the gift Grandma Doris gave you, so you regift it to someone else. But in the Kardashian universe, they’re swapping houses as fast as you traded that peach-scented candle. Now it’s Rob’s turn: The lone male Kardashian has finally sold the four-bedroom, five-bathroom Calabasas, CA, home he bought back in February 2016, for $2.44M.

Located on a cul-de-sac inside the prestigious Oaks of Calabasas (Kourtney, Kylie, and Khloe have all owned homes there at one point — now there’s an interesting block party), the romantic East Coast–style home measures 4,256 square feet. The residence, built in 2005, is light and charming, with large windows, a stylish, formal living room with a crackling fireplace, and a spacious office with French doors that open to a front porch. Of course, the home has enough space for the entire klan to stay over — four large bedroom suites offer plenty of space for all those Kardashian kiddies to run around.

A large center island is the focal point of the kitchen (which would have been great for all those “sitting around the kitchen” scenes on Keeping Up With the Kardashians!), while a breakfast nook and high-end appliances make the space any amateur chef’s dream. In the formal dining room, double-height ceilings and a butler’s pantry add to the charm, while French doors continue out to a spacious courtyard. There’s a big family room that opens out to the private rear grounds, which feature a swimming pool, spa, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen ideal for entertaining.

Although the home was only in the Kardashian clutch for just over a year, it seems Rob and Chyna have moved on. .
