Reese Witherspoon and her husband, talent agent Jim Toth, have quietly listed their sprawling Brentwood mansion for $14 million.
Per property records and The Real Estalker, the three parcels that comprise the large estate were bought in December 2003 and December 2013 for just over $11 million, combined.
A captivating and rare find, Witherspoon’s California Spanish-style estate is tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a double lot in the desirable, guard gated and celebrity-friendly Brentwood Circle.

Reese is hoping this deal goes better than the sale of her former ranch in Ojai. Reese originally had the place listed for $10 million, and price chopped it multiple times, until it finally sold for almost a million less than the $5.8 million she paid for it.
