Peter Facinelli may have moved on romantically after his divorce from Jennie Garth, but when it comes to his real estate portfolio, he’s pretty much right where he was before.
According to property records, Facinelli paid $2,015,000 for a gorgeous, brand new Toluca Lake home right down the street from the home he and Garth shared for 10 years. The now-divorced duo’s former marital home sold to “The Big Bang Theory” co-creator Bill Prady for $3.99 million.
Downsizing but not skimping on luxurious amenities, Facinelli’s new home is a newly-built modernized traditional with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Highlights include an open floor plan that allows seamless flow from the fabulous kitchen to a large family room with a built-in entertainment center and glass doors leading out to a private grassy yard with saltwater pool and spa.
Most bedrooms are found upstairs, as well as a bonus room that’d make a perfect gym or office. The master suite is expansive and the master bath has white marble vanity with dual Kohler sinks, large glass shower and luxurious spa tub.
Facinelli is currently dating actress Jamie Alexander, whom he met on the set of the TV show Nurse Jackie.
