Naomi Watts and Liev Schreiber are the proud new owners of a full-floor loft on Washington Street in New York City’s hip TriBeCa neighborhood. According to the New York Post, after an extensive downtown home hunt, the Hollywood power couple purchased the 4,315 square-foot co-op for $3,950,000. It was originally listed with the Corcoran Group for $4,500,000.
The dramatic loft features three-bedrooms, two-bathrooms and 14-foot ceilings, and full walls of large, oversized windows on the Southern and Western sides, complete with views of the river. Access to the loft is via a keyed elevator.
The Aussie actress and beau Schreiber have two sons, Sascha and Sammy.
