According to public records, NCIS star Michael Weatherly and his wife, Dr. Borjana Jankovic purchased a gated, completely private villa for a little over $3.5 million, closing just two days before welcoming their first child together – a daughter named Olivia.
Their new family home was built by designer/ builder Fred Smathers, most known for his reinterpretation of the hacienda of the twenties. The Weatherly/Jankovic’s new family home sits on a double lot of almost an acre in the Hollywood Hills, which creates a private, lush setting for this romantic, old-world style villa. The home has a two-story turreted entry way with a winding staircase, as well as a living room with expansive walls of glass. The formal dining room, the open and newly remodeled kitchen, and family room all open to the beautiful outdoor grounds.
A romantic master suite features wood-beamed cathedral ceilings and a fireplace, as well as French doors that open to a private balcony. Two additional upstairs bedrooms are generous in size and feature en suite baths.

Prior to the purchase of this home, Weatherly and Jankovic sold a home on Macapa Drive in Los Angeles for $1,845,000. They transferred ownership of that home on May 18, 2012.
