Four-time Grammy award-winning Canadian singer K.D. Lang has just sold her Laurel Canyon Zen sanctuary to Maroon 5 keyboardist Jesse Carmichael for $1.9 million, according to public records. Lang listed her extremely private and gated home to the tune of $1,975,000 in November 2011. The final price cut sale to Carmichael closed on March 27, 2012.
The home is 2,968 square-feet, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, on a large wooded lot and set amongst beautiful sycamore trees. The home has “craftsman influences,” with three stone fireplaces in the living room, dining room and master bedroom.
