Jewelry Designer Jennifer Meyer Snags A $3.375 Million Bachelorette Pad

It looks as if her split from “Spider-Man” actor Tobey Maguire isn’t slowing this designer down.

Fresh off her split with Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire last year, jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer has found herself a new home. And in true Hollywood fashion, the three-bed, four-bath home, which she bought for $3.375 million, is quite the architectural marvel. Not only was it designed by renowned architect Clive Wilkinson (who designed Google’s headquarters), but it’s also his former home. “Mi casa es su casa” really applies here!

The 3,258-square-foot home, built in 2007, is a contemporary beauty in the stylish neighborhood of West Hollywood, CA. Set on a 7,700-square-foot lot, the home features classic architectural details. Exposed diagonal wood-sheathing ceilings meet smooth concrete, wide-plank oak, and white rubber-stud floors. The perfect fusion of California’s indoor/outdoor aesthetic, the downstairs level is one united social space consisting of the living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as the master suite. All the spaces open out to the yard, which features lush landscaping, a sparkling saltwater pool, and an entry courtyard. On the upper floor, an open lounge/library provides a great spot to relax quietly, with two bedroom suites close by.

Jennifer isn’t the only one moving on; right on the heels of announcing his divorce, Tobey put his three-bed, three-bath Santa Monica, CA, home on the market for $2.995 million. The couple also ditched their $10.25 million Los Angeles, CA, estate back in 2015. (Coincidentally, that home previously belonged to both Ricki Lake and Courteney Cox.) Tobey dropped a whopping $13 million on a new-construction house in the luxe Los Angeles suburb of Brentwood. There’s nothing like a quaint bachelor pad to make you feel better after a breakup!
