Peek Inside Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's New Beverly Hills Rental

Jennifer Aniston is reportedly moving into to yet another high-priced estate. No, the actress didn’t buy another big-ticket estate after purchasing a $21M home in Bel Air in January. She and boyfriend Justin Theroux are actually moving into a super-swanky Asian Zen rental while the renovations are complete on the Bel Air home.

On the for-sale market for $11,500,000, Aniston scooped up the temporary digs as a lease for $40,000 a month. The Asian contemporary home has 5 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and clocks in at about 6,500 square-feet. Hal Levitt-designed exteriors have been masterfully updated as part of a meticulous renovation – perfect for a modern architecture buff like Aniston.

The home not only looks sleek and modern, it’s actually built and wired with the latest RTI Smart Home technology and comes complete with a state-of-the-art home theater/entertainment system.  The dramatic entryway is honed basalt and suspended above cascading water features, and leads to an impressive hand-carved front door. Interiors and exteriors offer the best of California living, including ocean and city views, an entertainer-friendly layout with Lynx outdoor cooking area, a stunning zero-edge pool and spa.

Interiors include a stone-lined temperature controlled wine room, a bar with custom cabinetry, walnut shelving and LED glass lighting installation. A Bulthaup kitchen features a stunning “Monobloc” stainless steel island, floating appliance cubes, warm bronze and striped walnut cabinetry, and appliances by Miele and Leibherr. The master suite comes complete with custom walnut closets, his-and-hers baths featuring book-matched Calcutta Borghini marble, Ann Sacks tiles, heated flooring, steam shower, and private outdoor shower.

Not too shabby for a temporary crash pad.
