The former Disney star's palatial SoCal escape is priced at $4.495 million.

UPDATE: Sold! After six months on the market, Selena Gomez sold her home at a loss, for $3.3 million.

Selena Gomez has put her six-bed, seven-bath Mediterranean-style home in Calabasas, CA, up for sale for $4.495 million.

The 7,786-square-foot Hidden Hills estate, built in 2004, is spread over 3 acres, and the main house has five beds, six baths, and five fireplaces. Romantic! (Speaking of romance? Gomez’s ex, Justin Bieber, is also a former resident of the ’hood.)

In the master bedroom, a sitting area expands into a spa-style bathroom with a steam shower. There’s also a closet big enough for all Gomez’s racy red-carpet duds, a spacious gym, and a theater room to catch up on reruns of Wizards of Waverly Place.

With a great layout for entertaining, the home features a formal dining room with floor-to-ceiling windows and a stunning outdoor courtyard with manicured landscaping. A backyard pool and spa is the perfect spot for any Spring Breaker to relax, and a cabana, outdoor kitchen, and brick pizza oven offer additional party possibilities.

There’s also a guesthouse with a full-sized kitchen, fireplace, walk-in closet, and terrace.

Gomez bought the Hidden Hills manse back in 2014 for $3.69 million after ditching her “starter home” in the suburb of Tarzana, CA. That starter home, by the way, was a six-bed, seven-and-a-half-bath spread with multiple wings and a total of 6,630 square feet. And in true celebrity fashion, it was snagged by another starlet: Australian hip-hop gal Iggy Azalea. Celebs: They’re just like us!
