Charlie Sheen Lists His Beverly Hills Home For $10M

If he makes this sale, the controversial actor will certainly be 'winning.'

Charlie Sheen is on the move, and the former Two and a Half Men star just needs one home buyer- with a very hefty back account. That’s because Sheen just listed his seven-bed, seven-bath estate in Beverly Hills for $9.99 million. It’s been a tumultuous few years for Sheen, who announced his HIV-positive status back in 2015. But if he sells the sprawling property, which he bought back in 2006 for $7.2 million, he’d get a nice chunk of change to pad his wallet.

Measuring 8932 square feet, the stunning Mediterranean-style home is located in the uber-exclusive Mulholland Estates, where everyone from DJ Khaled to Christina Aguilera has owned properties. Built in 1992, the expansive property is a beautiful blend of luxury and livability. Step inside to the two-story foyer, where a winding staircase sweeps upstairs and natural light streams in from the formal dining room. A chef’s kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, a large walk-in pantry, and even a mini food elevator(!) On the bottom floor, there’s an oversized living room, a gym (which could easily be converted to a home office, or another bedroom), as well as a game room and Creston movie theater that are perfect for entertaining guests. The master retreat is the shining star of the property, with its own screening room, a wet bar, living room, oversized master closet, and spa-like bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Outside, the rolling lawns of the property are a peaceful outdoor oasis, as is the gazebo and two swimming pools. (One is a lap pool.) A high-end outdoor kitchen is the perfect spot to spend a sunny weekend barbecue, and trees dotting the side yard can easily be trimmed down to reveal a stunning view of the sparkling city lights below.

Sheen has owned several properties in the Los Angeles area throughout his many years of stardom. You may remember Charlie’s other property in the Mulholland Estates, which he bought for $4.6 million from billionaire Tom Gores for his estranged wife Brooke Mueller and their two sons back in 2012. Charlie sold that property for $5.415 million in 2016, and it went on to be purchased for $8.55 million by reality TV starlet-turned-supermodel Kendall Jenner just last year.
