Billie Lourd Lists Her Recently Purchased Santa Monica Home For $2.395 Million

The third-generation Hollywood starlet is saying goodbye to her starter home.

You don’t have to be a Scream Queen to get excited over this home. Billie Lourd, who plays Chanel #3 on the campy FOX series, has listed her Santa Monica, CA, home for sale for $2.395 million. Billie only bought the home less than a year ago for $2.25 million, but with the recent deaths of her mother, Carrie Fisher, and grandmother, Debbie Reynolds, she may have decided that it’s time for a fresh start.

Once labeled one of the “World’s Best Houses” by Art Book 2000, this Sunset Park beauty built in 1944 is the perfect spot for a rising starlet. With an electric-blue exterior and artistic architectural design, the two-bed, three-bath spread is truly unique. Clean lines and streaming light illuminate the home’s 2,279-square-foot open floor plan. The living room blends into the chef’s kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area, continuing into a guest bedroom suite. Upstairs, the master suite features a toasty fireplace, spacious walk-in closet, and luxurious bath with heated floors. Downstairs, a spacious den with multiple built-ins could be converted into a third bedroom. French doors open out to the backyard, where a welcoming deck and lap pool offer the ideal place to sip your morning coffee or hop in for a quick workout. A fire pit and a finished garage with a wet bar and glass doors are choice spots for throwing a quick get-together with friends. The property also features an office and laundry room, as well as lush landscaping with mature hedges for privacy. With a prime Santa Monica address near restaurants and beaches, it’s a dream home for a member of young Hollywood, or anyone with good taste. In fact, another young starlet also had a starter home in the area: Jennifer Lawrence.

No word on where Billie is heading, but you can always keep an eye on her via her Instagram, hilariously named PraiseTheLourd. Sounds like this flourishing starlet scored her mom’s sense of humor.
