Camille Grammer Buys On The Beach In Malibu

Forget Beverly Hills! This former “Real Housewife” is headed straight to the beach.

Her reality TV career may be just a memory, but former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Camille Grammer still has plenty going on. The flaxen-haired beauty, who is set to make a few appearances on the upcoming season of the Bravo hit show, just dropped $6.55 million on a stylish, beachfront Malibu, CA, home. The home was originally listed at $6.978 million, but apparently this smart cookie was able to negotiate herself a deal.

Camille snagged the three-bedroom, three-bathroom home after it hit the market for the first time in over 60 years. Measuring 2,043 square feet, the stylish property, built in 1950, has 50 feet of beach frontage, ideal for lounging in the sunshine. And considering how highly coveted every inch of space is on these celeb-filled Malibu beaches, 50 is quite the haul. Tucked between the ocean on one side and gates and a lush garden in the front, the home’s exterior provides the perfect scene for relaxation and tranquillity. Inside, the home features two bedrooms, with the third located in a separate guest suite with its own private entrance just off the courtyard. The master suite has a spacious deck, private office, and beautiful master bath. With outstanding views of the bubbling surf and famous Malibu sunsets, it’s not hard to understand the property’s draw.

It looks as if Camille is erasing any trace of her ex-husband, Frasier star Kelsey Grammer. In 2012, she listed their sprawling Malibu, CA, mansion for $17.9 million and eventually dropped the price to just under $15 million in 2013. That property was famously used on Real Housewives when psychic Allison DuBois whipped the cast into a frenzy during the “dinner party from hell,” but we’re guessing it was Kelsey and Camille’s divorce that prompted the sale. Back in 2013, she also finally sold the couple’s Beaver Creek, CO, vacation home for $6.6 million. But Camille did have one big-ticket purchase in 2015: another property in the hills of Malibu, CA, that cost $3.282 million.

Kelsey, meanwhile, set up shop in 2012 with his new wife in a Beverly Hills, CA, mansion, but he listed the estate eight months after buying it. He also unloaded his Malibu, CA, beach house in 2015, selling it for almost $9 million more than he bought it for back in 1998. No word if Kelsey and his new wife are still in the ’bu, but let’s just hope he keeps off Camille’s turf.
