Adding fuel to those smoldering divorce rumors, the New York Post is reporting that Beyoncé was spotted touring a $21.5 million condo in New York’s Chelsea neighborhood.
A new home for her, Jay-Z, and baby Blue Ivy? Not likely, since this 4,054-square-foot pad is nearly half the size of the luxurious TriBeCa condo the Carter family currently calls home.
According to the Post‘s source, “She was very quiet, as if she was looking on the sly.” Additional sources also said the fact that Jay-Z wasn’t there was a big red flag, since he “has always been extremely involved in their real estate deals.”
While many people say it’s just a matter of when, not if, the high-profile couple will split, Beyoncé may be getting her ducks in a row and finding a new home.
If it’s true and they’re no longer “Crazy in Love,” this New York City condo is definitely fit for “Queen B.”
