Tinseltown legend Beau Bridges is giving it another go in Hidden Hills, CA. The actor just relisted his 7,000 square-foot estate for $2,650,000. Bridges and his wife Wendy purchased the home on May 27, 1988 for $1,200,000. In the spring of 2010, the duo attempted to sell the home for $3.25 million. With no biters, they took the home off the market and then relisted in September 2011 with a reduced price of $2,850,000. No buyers came a-knocking with their checkbooks in tow, back off the market the home went. Today, it’s making it triumphant return with a $200,000 price cut. Let’s hope the third time’s the charm.
Bridges, (who, by the way, is the son of Emmy-nominated Lloyd and the older brother of Oscar-winner Jeff) is looking at December 2012 as the month his long-awaited real estate dreams come true, and he finally sells his Hidden Hills estate.
