Ashley Benson, the blond beauty known for her role as Hanna Marin on the ABC Family hit show Pretty Little Liars, has listed her four-bed, four-bath home for sale in Beverly Hills, CA, for $4.395 million — just two months after buying it. So far, there’s no word on why Benson is saying “arrivederci” to the Mediterranean-style villa, which was built in 2006, so quickly.
Benson bought the 6,131-square-foot home for $4.15 million back in September, and it appears she never moved in. (Those images with furniture in them? They’re staging mockups.)
Tucked away on a private street, the gated home is a stunning piece of real estate located on a half-acre with canyon views. With limestone and hardwood floors throughout, and a living room with a cozy fireplace, it’s perfect for a Haleb reunion, if there ever is one.
A formal dining room and gourmet kitchen open out to a family room, also with its own fireplace. After all, the Beverly Hills crowd gets chilly when the temp dips below 70!
Through French doors, guests are whisked out to a stunning swimming pool and outdoor entertaining area. In the master suite, a spacious walk-in closet is perfect for any rising starlet with a bevy of red carpet looks. Plus, Benson has to stash that Cecil the Lion Halloween costume away somewhere.
While Benson may have had a change of heart about the villa, it doesn’t look as if she’ll be shacking up at the Holiday Inn anytime soon. She’s also the owner of a three-bed, three-and-a-half-bath French Normandy–style home in the supercool West Hollywood area, right off the Sunset Strip. She snagged that 3,085-square-foot home, which was previously owned by Aussie songstress Kylie Minogue, back in 2012 for $2.2 million.
Benson’s PLL co-star Shay Mitchell previously lived in the West Hollywood area as well, but she recently sold that home to film her new TV series, Shaycation. Their co-star Tyler Blackburn, who played bad boy Caleb Rivers on the hit show your little sister definitely watches, just dropped $965,000 on a home in the hipster enclave of Los Feliz, CA.
