Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker List Austin Lakefront Mansion For $12.5 Million

Retired tennis champ Andy Roddick and his gorgeous model/actress wife Brooklyn Decker have just listed their lakefront Austin mansion for $12.5 million. Property records show that the genetically-gifted duo married in April 2009 and purchased the 1.8 acre home in November 2009 for an unknown amount of money.

According to the The Real Estalker, who first uncovered the listing, Roddick and Decker on are on a real estate roll. They’ve just listed this nearly new lakeside mansion in Austin, TX and have also found the time and money to buy two additional houses and sell another. Quite the busy summer!

The largest and most expensive property in their real estate portfolio, this beautiful Lake Austin retreat is a gated and private spread. At the front of the property, you’ll find a modern workout gym, a putting green, and a courtyard entryway.   The home is accented throughout with elaborate wood beams and stone work, and the heart of the home is a spacious gourmet chef’s kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances.

The master suite offers his/hers bathrooms with automatic black-out shutters on all windows.  Brooklyn’s bath has its own washer/dryer with a custom closet, steam shower, and old-fashioned tub, while Andy’s provides masculine custom cabinetry, a refrigerator and an ice bath.

The entire downstairs enjoys breathtaking views of the infinity pool and Lake Austin and the lush backyard has an outdoor kitchen, perfect for an evening of entertaining on the lake.  The covered patio has heat lamps to make this additional outdoor space enjoyable year round. The property’s boat house and dock sits right on Lake Austin and has storage for a boat and two jet skis.

For visitors, the property has a casita and upstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Perfect for ‘guy’s nights,’ the home also has a “hidden” entertainment area with pool and poker table, media center, kitchenette and built in bunk beds.

An “off-market” listing being marketed solely by their listing agent, Jonathan Creath of Capital City Sotheby’s International Realty, the for-sale home is looking for a buyer, but it’s not yet listed on the MLS.
