The comedian’s Upper West Side home couldn’t be further from a “Trainwreck.”

The thriving comedian/actress, whose show, Inside Amy Schumer, won the Emmy for Best Variety Sketch Show this year, has listed her one-bed, one-and-a-half-bath New York, NY, condo for sale — for $2.075 million. The penthouse unit near the American Museum of Natural History is in a 20-foot-wide townhouse that was built in 1890.

The spacious living and dining areas surround a wood-burning fireplace, framed with built-in bookcases that provide both utility and style. Come 2016, Schumer certainly could use those shelves: She recently landed an $8 million book deal.

In the master bedroom suite, a seating area offers a spot to relax, while a large picture window and a second wood-burning fireplace cozy up the space. In the master bath, a claw-foot bathtub is the perfect spot to lounge after a day at work — or a night of stand-up. A skylit kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, including a Wolf range and oven, Sub-Zero fridge, and Miele dishwasher.

A private roof terrace is one of the best features of the home, though you should probably stay off of it after breaking into the pinot grigio. A landscaped oasis, its deck features a mature garden, deck seating, gas grill, bench storage, and awe-inspiring city views. We bet Schumer and her BFF Jennifer Lawrence have tipped back a few cocktails in this urban oasis.
