Ace In The Home

Tour the homes of golf’s masters

Now that the greens of Augusta are clear and the prize money has been dolled out, Trulia decided to take a look at where some of the hottest players in golf call home. Although they may not have taken the green jacket home this year – you can imagine it being framed like artwork in these large homes.

Jordan Spieth

Dallas, TX
Five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, 10,728 sq. ft.

In 2015, at the age of 21, Spieth purchased this Spanish style home in the Preston Hollow neighborhood of Dallas, TX, likely with the earnings from his two major wins that year. And to keep it all in the golf family, Spieth bought the home from fellow golfer, Hunter Mahan, for $7.1M. Spieth definitely got a birdie on this home, as its current value is estimated at nearly $8.2M.

Dustin Johnson

Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Five bed, seven bathrooms, 11,822 sq. ft.

Purchased by Johnson in 2015, this Mediterranean mansion in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, became the third house in D.J.’s portfolio—all by the time he was 30. He purchased the house for $4.95M, but its current estimated value is $5.6M. How could you not make a killer investment with the Great One as your father-in-law?

Smylie Kaufman

Vestavia, AL
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 2,698 sq. ft.

Smylie, just 24 years old at the time, purchased this Ranch style Vestavia, AL, home in 2016 for $511,000. Built in 1952, the house was completely remodeled with contemporary and modern accents throughout. Unlike the house of his friend, Jordan Spieth, this home is relatively modest in size and style, but we imagine it could still host a pretty epic “boys’ getaway!”
