"Theres a near by park in my complex. Easy commute to the military bases, close to restaurants and the mall in the area. Also close to some cool hiking trails that are easy for kids to walk on. Overall friendly nieghborhood no matter the race."

"Great commute easy to get to and from work taking the freeway. Love it. Morning Commute is better than afternoon but it's because there is construction going on. It's almost finished though so the afternoon commute should improve soon. "

"I live here at The Reserve and love it. The neighborhood is nice and clean and we're surrounded by houses not apartments. It's a great community and very close to downtown Silverdale and Costco."
