"I moved here a year ago and love how walkable the neighborhood and downtown are, while also having a quiet suburban community feeling. The waterfront is great and there are several buses to downtown Seattle and Bellevue. "

"I lived in norkirk for 8 years and love it. Great neighborhood close to town. It’s is clean safe and quit with walkways everywhere. Great bike trails nearby."

"Mix of families and empty nesters. Close enough to walk into town for dinner, movies, shopping. Could be the best area to live on the east side of Lake Washington."
