"Older but very well maintained neighborhood. Homes are also typically taken care of. A mix of younger and older residents also make for a nice neighborhood. Restaurants and groceries are within walking distance."

"This is the perfect area for families. It is located on a enclosed street. with no through traffic. Schools are within walking distance. and it is a family neighborhood. Great place for kids. "

"Used to live here for 8 years. Centrally located to Evergreen hospital, shopping center, restaurants and freeways. Walking distance to Elementary and Middle school. Nice green belt area behind for walking, playing and picnic. Good mix of friendly neighbors. "
