Cars are a very good transportation option in this neighborhood. Parking is generally easy. It is difficult for pedestrians to get around in Huguenot since very few common errands can be run on foot.

What's it like to live in Huguenot?

Huguenot is good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as noise from streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue. Green spaces aren't well-distributed, which makes it rather challenging to get to them from a large number of locations within the neighborhood. Despite that, residents will be able to access parks in nearby neighborhoods.

What kinds of homes are available in Huguenot?

About 80% of the properties in the neighborhood are occupied by homeowners whereas the remainder are rented. In this neighborhood, most dwellings are single detached homes, but large apartment buildings and small apartment buildings are also present in the housing stock. About one third of properties in this part of the city were constructed in the 1960s and 1970s, while most of the remaining buildings were built pre-1960 and in the 1980s. This neighborhood is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
