"I’ve been here for 23 years and I’m a short-timer. Large lots, big beautiful trees, lakes, green belts, a community clubhouse and most streets are cul-de-sacs. Perfect family community."

"this is a fantastic neighborhood with great participation in activities and really great public schools (Richardson district). There are all kinds of walking trails that are safe at all hours and riding (including horses) within a mile of our house. we highly recommend the neighborhood for anyone in the area, especially if you are rearing children."
