"Lively here for a short while, people are very nice, area is very nice and is growing at a nice pace. Popular area due to lake, always something to do. Area is off the commercial/retail path so not heavy traffic area. Overall somewhere children could be raised with family values. Unique with proximity of lake activities. Beautiful sunsets routinely-wouldn’t trade it."

"Parents need to be aware of what their teenagers are doing! Some kids go over the speed limit in the neighborhood, we have a lot of elder Pelon walk or walk their dogs!! "
