"This area is great for people who want to transition either to busier neighborhoods or less busy. some areas around here are still busy late afternoons and its comfortable enough to walk confidently from place to place. neighborhoods are comfortably quiet and the only real issues are people having BBQs late at night."

"there isnt any random ppl walking around in the day or at night if you see ppl walkung its during the day walking pets or just going for walks with family and they live here. There isnt any loud music coming from ppls homes or vehicles and pets are on leashes."
