"I work a half hour away, but access to the freeway is very close by. Traffic is not bad most days at specific times. Easy and quick to get home once off of the freeway. "

"Good sidewalks help in dog walking but one drawback is the number of feral cats. They are every where. On occasion there are loose dogs as well which makes for an interesting walk. "

"There are some dogs that roam the neighborhood. Some neighbors are friendly and some are not. Most houses are well maintained. One or two really need to be cleaned up. "

"It’s an established neighborhood with very similar early 1999 homes that make great starter homes. We just moved here and met all our neighbors and it is close to up and coming spots."

"this is near or is in the manhattan heights historic district, a neighborhood of older homes, many quite beautiful. It has a large park as its anchor, with a nearby library, elementary school, tennis courts and indoor pool. some of the homes are not well kept, but many are exceptional."

"This area is an older are with many fine older homes some are fixer uppers with wood floors, basements, fireplaces, large yards. This area is perfect for retirees and up and coming families."
