"it's so close to down town and has a very metropolitan vibe. it's close to great restaurants and bars and has an eclectic mix of people, artists, lawyers, and business owners. and all income. it's very diverse and has amazing views "

"Most dog walkers are friendly and respectful picking up after their dogs. The neighborhood works well together when an owners dog gets loose. We have beautiful parks, mountains with great trails for walking. There are dog groomers and pet stores available. So many neighbors have picked up stray dogs, brought them to get checked for a chip so that they can be reunited with their families."
