"So convenient to all amenities. Condoville - not a plus. Barton Springs, Zilker Park the best things about it. Hillsigh and lack of public transportation access real negative. I live 5 blocks from the park, but can’t get there because of steep hill. Sucks! . "

"There are sidewalks on the main roads, and lots of people in the area have pets. Plus you’re very close to Zilker Park, which is perfect for some off-leash play time. It is a busy area though, so be careful not to let your pup get loose (especially if he/she is a runner!). "

"I purchased my condo at BartonPlace condominiums pre-construction and can attest to the pleasure of living in this community. Zilker Park, often referred to as The Jewel of Austin is two blocks away. The Zilker neighborhood is safe and friendly. We even have a meet up, dog yappy hour. "
