"20 min to knoxville but all of the necessities are within 10 min drive. We have plenty of shopping, gas stations, restaurants, etc. there are plenty of places to work. Several parks and small fusing ponds are available for family outings. Also there is a 20+ mile Greenway for walking, running, and cycling."

"So close to the Smokey Mountains and lakes and a lot of urban opportunities on the opposite side in Knoxville. "

"There are big quality rating disparities in schools from one town to the next. Home values reflect this fact. Resale values are greatly influenced by this too. There are ridges all over with fabulous views of the Smokey Mountains. Or no view at all due to trees. Always have to see it to really know. "

"Quiet, small, older neighborhood with great access to Maryville, Knoxville, Airport near end of Pellissippi Pkwy. Good mix of older couples and new families. Lots of renovations and well-maintained home. Great yard for pets, kids, and entertaining (including deluxe horseshoe court). Blount Co. taxes but could be annexed to Alcoa. Pellissippi Pkwy development / extension sure to increase future value."

"I live in this neighborhood. I attended school here. This area is close and convenient to shopping, parks and walking/biking trails. Close to the McGee Tyson airport as well as downtown Knox. and west Knoxville shopping. A day trip to the smokey mts., Gatlinburg, outlet shopping in Pigeon Forge; not to mention Dollywood/splash country----cool right!"
