"This is the prettiest neighborhood I’ve ever lived in. It is safe, and there is so much to do. The grocery store is just down the road and there’s other shopping and plenty of restaurants. People run, walk their dogs, and ride their bikes morning till night. I know all of my neighbors and we look out for each other. We have young families and retirees. Within 20 minutes or so I can be in either downtown Charleston or at the beach. What’s not to love?"
