" If you don’t smoke and have a problem with such activity I will suggest you look elsewhere for you and your family. This building has a huge smoking problem and was a health issue for me and my family."

"Chestnut Hill is a beautiful place to raise children. It is still in the Philadelphia school district but I can honestly say. The schools in the Chestnut Hill area are some of the better schools in the district. Also, my children attend school in the Plymouth meeting area we do visit me in this area often and as a parent, I am comfortable with the community, that’s actually one of the reasons I decided to relocate here."

"This neighborhood is mainly home owners who have lived here for a number of years. You will see people walking their dogs, riding bikes, excercising, etc. It's typically very quiet in this area with an occasional ambulance or cop car. In my opinion, this area is a great place to raise a family."
