"There are summer festivals every year, from art festivals to holiday events, and art shows. Pride is big every year. It's mainly just a place to work as the area is dangerous at night"

"I can walk within 15 minutes to anywhere downtown, stadiums, strip district, etc. Free use of the T downtown gets me to the stadiums and casino in minutes. "
